The term Executive on Demand, or XOD, frankly fits as well as anything to describe me. I’ve done a lot of things with a lot of companies and I've met a lot of interesting people along the way. All of them have left indelible prints on me. Some have left positive impressions that will last a lifetime. Some will take years of therapy to erase. All have been entertaining (but those who know me also know that doesn't take much). All have shaped and molded what I’ll be passing on via this site.
I have a Business degree from Indiana University and a MBA from Xavier. I like to say that I was classically trained in Product Management and it has been the roots of every position and every company because, in my opinion, nothing prepares you for different roles than being a Product Manager. It requires the ability to understand engineering, sales, marketing and finance. It requires you to be able to reason, negotiate, apply logic, research and be nosy. It also requires you to manage without the benefit (or hindrance) of managing.

I hope you enjoy the blog.
